What you need to do is add an instance of the ActiveX browser component.  See http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/browser/webbrowser/reference/objects/webbrowser.asp

You can then call Navigate2 to go to a specific URL.  See http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/browser/webbrowser/tutorials/wbtutorial.asp for an example.
