Is there someway to determine the operating system  of the client logging into windows 2000 server terminal services

    Environment settings like
    %OS , %SYSTEMROOT  and %ALLUSERSPROFILE
    can give some information.
    To view the built in settings from command prompt, write SET and hit enter.
    In a logon.bat file you can compare these setting, or setting that you have made by yourself.
