Repair Corrupt backup file of MS SQL

How can i repair corrupt backup file of sql. File extension is .bak.  When i import him to sql server, this gives me a message saying that the  file isn't a backup file of SQL.

if it's really corrupted i think u cant fix it
however, r u sure u'r doing it the right way ?!
