A Image of this can be found at -> http://img73.exs.cx/img73/5943/windows_messenger_error.png

Can anybody help me please? I tryed "RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove". It did that but it is still appearing

Hi Pepper987222,

Try this

a) Go to add/remove programs and uninstall MSN messenger

b) Go to registry
Navigate to these locations

KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\

and remove all entries of MSN messenger

c) Run that windows messenger removal command again
Start --> run ---> RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

d) Restart your computer . Download the latest MSN messenger 6.2 . Install it and check what happens
