WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured - Errors on Windows 2000 SBS

I'm getting a number of errors in my Windows 2000 Small Business Server Health Monitor as follows

Server Memory : Critical condition. WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured.

Processor : Critical condition. WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured

Server Memory : Critical condition. WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured.

Redirector : Critical condition. WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured.

System Information : Critical condition. WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured.

Cache : Critical condition. WMI Status: 8 Timeout reached. Data Collector may be misconfigured.

There is a common thread here.  Can anyone tell me what is wrong here, and how to fix it.

Looks as though u have some software configured that works with WMI and gives u alerts.. Are u sure its alert for that server. What software do u have installed that works with the Winodws MAnagemnet Instrument...

The only thing I can think of that is running is Big Brother that gives alerts.  I can't think of anything else that is using WMI.
