The C: drive on my Windows 2003 Server comes up with an open with dialog box instead of browsing the c: drive

I have a windows 2003 server when i double on the c: drive from my computer it comes up with an open with dialog box rather then browsing the c: drive and the dirve icon does not show as the drive icon

    That is the autoplay mechanism firing.
    Make sure that there is nothing in the root of the C: drive that could be doing this - like an autoplay.inf file or something like that.
