How do i allow HTML messages to be recieved in MS Exchange 2003

Hi Am using Exchange 2003 on a win 2003 platform, Users are able to send Email as HTML but cannot receive the email in HTML format, maybe a basic setting needs to be activated, but to tell you the truth i havent got a clue, can anyone help?

Try...Exchange System Manager, Administrative Groups.
Drill down to Default Pop3 Virtual Server.
Right click.
Properties.
Change message format.

I know this is not SMTP, but  give it a shot anyway.

Nope, it didnt work but thank you anyway. will keep trying
Have found out though that we are able to recieve in XML!

any ideas?
