Can not boot from mirror scsi drive

I have 2 scsi harddrive on dell poweredge 1500sc. I installed windows 2000 advanced server and mirror the harddrive by using windows 2000 internal disk mirror utitlity. The operating system was installed on drive letter I:. The primiry disk is crashed. I try to use floppy to boot from mirror disk but it was unsccussful. The system was halt and I can not even see the boot screen.

When you setup the mirror, did you modify the boot.ini file for the mirrored drive?  Typically you would just need to select the mirrored drive at boot for this to work.

Have you tried recovery console and using the correct scsi drivers on boot by pressing F6..

I didn't try this one. Could you tell me more about using recovery console to boot? Thank you

1st of all copy ur scsi card drivers to to an floppy...
I havent done this myself but bare with me...

Ok check the above if not then boot from windows cd whilst it boot it ask you hit f6 if you want additinal drivers sumamt like..
Insert the floppy then load the scsi drivers...
Then try Recover console from the menu... that will come up when it eneters setup...
You will need to logon using the administartor password...
