Remote Assistance

I'm trying to set this up so a friend can help diagnose a problem.
I'm using the email option (Mozilla Thunderbird) as opposed to Wiindows Messanger.

When clicking on Send Invitation, I get an IE prompt:
A program has stopped responding. Please try again.

Of course, it doesn't tell me which program...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try recreating the file. And email it to them, from a website (attach it).

if still the same problem, have you tried rebooting, THEN trying it??
