Reference to the Image class

I have a pile of data classes I've been moving to DLL's.  The output type for the project is Class Library.  One of these classes uses an Image type:

Dim ClientLogo as Image

When I take this to a new Class Library project, the class Image is not defined.  I assume it's an Imports I need so I do:

Imports System.

I would expect to do System.Drawing but it's not an option.  If I simply add System.Drawing in the project references, the Image class is still not available.  2 questions:

What do I have to Import to make the Image class available?
How do I know what to import for this or any other class/type? ie. How would I know to include System.Drawing?

Thanks!
