[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate]

Everything seems OK! But I need more info to help.

    Do the followting...
    1. Stop the auto-update service (cmd prompt > net stop "automatic updates"
    2. delete %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log
    3. Start the auto-pdate service (cmd prompt >net start "automatic updates"
    4. Wait for 10 -15 mins
    5. Copy the %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log file and post it here

    Thanks.

May be a silly question, but do you have "Save the updates to a local folder" option enabled in your SUS Server Options page.

    1. Clear the Internet Explorer cache
    Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    Click the General tab.
In the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete Cookies.
Click OK in the Delete Cookies box.
In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
Select the Delete all offline content check box in the Delete Files dialog box.
    Click OK.
In the History section, click the Clear History button.
    Click Yes.
    Click OK.

    2. Stop the auto-update service (cmd prompt > net stop "automatic updates"

    3. Rename the folder c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution > SoftwareDistribution.old

    4. Start the auto-pdate service (cmd prompt >net start "automatic updates"

If the above didn't help, then I am sure it is some program/user who is changing the settings.

And btw, are you configuring the update clients using a group policy.
