why u want to do so, the IDE automatically deploy to embeded when u run or debug inside JDeveloper?

ahhhh ok, their is 2 ways:

1- the Advanced way using Ant (jakarta.apache.org), thats need writing xml script to build ur application
2- Use Jdeveloper as the following:

a- select ur EJB project node (file--> new.. ) on the left tree select (General ---> deployment profiles) on the right select (ejb jar file) name it myEjb for example and a file is created called myEjb.deploy

b- select ur Web project node (file--> new.. ) on the left tree select (General ---> deployment profiles) on the right select (War file) name it myweb for example  and a file is created called myWeb.deploy

c- select ur Web Project node (file--> new.. ) on the left tree select (General ---> deployment profiles) on the right select (Ear file) and a file is created called MyApp.deploy

d- A wizard will start, name the deployment profile for example (myApp)
Then a dialog with tree on the left and pane on the right, select (general) on the tree it will show u ur application name and where will the ear file will be generated
Then select (application Assembly) it will show u the 2 projects (Web and Ejb), under each will show u the 2 prevoius .deploy files select both

Now finally select ur file myApp.deploy, right menu deploy to Ear the ear will be generated at the specificed location as in (General)

Good luck
