Hi,

I currently hav 3 OU's for our organisation. One is for Fusion(who access our accounting software over Terminal Service from another City) and the other 2 are for our company(1 for W2k/XP users and the other for 98 users)

I want to exclude the windows 98 users from having to change their passwords for obvious reasons.

any ideas?

You could exclude that OU from Group Policy, OR, Set your password policy at the OU level and not put one on for that OU OR set the user accounts for those machines for the password never to expire.
