jswx file

I have had this thing sitting on my C:\ for over a year now.  I delete it, reboot and it's back again and the longer I go without deleting it the longer the log file it keeps.  I have tried every scanner I could find, have current / redundant virus scanners running and spyware protectors and none pick up on it as a problem.  I have searched open processes and none are questionable that may cause it to keep coming back.  I searched my registry and no refrence to it's name there or in any of the files in msconfig.

It's driving me crazy....... searching Google shows maybe 3 others with the same problem but no answers.  Opening the file "jswx.txt" shows a log like this:

WinMain - Web Function
MainInitGlobals - Web Function
MainInitWindow - Web Function
WinMain - Web Function
MainInitGlobals - Web Function
MainInitWindow - Web Function

Help me get rid of this @!#%^(@ thing

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

His advice to run a full scan in safemode should be tried.
