Interbase / firebird very very slow logon

I have a 2k3 server with firebird 1.5 installed, 3 days ago, the server reset unespectily and the logon haven take up to 2 minutes, before this server reset, the logon is instantanely..
Situation:
Windows Server 2003 Domain controller
firebird 1.5
usind bde
2 nic`s , 192.168.0.1 for local, 192.168.1.2 for internet, ICS enabled

please confirm that either the database does not have the .gdb filename extension or that system restore for the
disk on which it resides is off

the name of file is automaib.gdb resident on f:\automa\base folder, and i don't have previous system state backup of windows server

disable system restore on that drive, reboot and see if the problem persists
