Clear Exchange queue

someone sent a mass email to all of our clients yeasterday and it seems that quite a few of the addresses are invalid... anyway it appears that the server keeps sending messages to the recipients that have vaild email addresses over and over and over... can someone direct me how to delete the enitre queue or just those messages?  and how do i prevent this from happening in the future?

Depending on how many messages are in the queue will depend on the technique.
If it is just a few, then delete them by hand.

As for prevention, that depends on how it was done. Was it is a distribution list or some other way of sending the email out?
