Outlook Calendar Sync

I'm using BES v3.6.3.15 and my desktops are v3.6 sp3.  The e-mail is working but how do I sync the Outlook calendars with the calendar on the device?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In the desktop manager:
-- click on the "Intellsync" Icon
--make sure the "Syncronize PIM" box is checked.
--click on the "Configure PIM" button
--select "Calander--Outlook" and click the  "choose" button.

As you can see, at that point, by defaut Blackberry syncs the Outlook Calendar with the calendar on the hand held.....but since you say "calendars", plural, I am assuming that you want to sync more than one calandar folder to the handheld....to do so:
make sure "MS Outlook" is highlighted and click Browse.

At that point you can add any other calendar folders you want, so as to sync from multiple calendars.....or delete the default Outlook calendar if you want to change the single default to another folder.

Note that there are settings to allow either the handheld or the desktop to win if there is a conflict in an entry....or it will bring up a window that will allow you to decide on an entry by entry basis.
