I am using win2k-sp4, everything works fine BUT I cannot right click any<br />
.exe file or its shortcut: it will crashes and re-start, and I cannot do anything<br />
to .exe files with explorer.exe. I have done many things but cannot help:<br />
chkdsk, scan virus, spybot, logon as another administrator, copy explorer.exe<br />
from a similar machine without any problem. Any idea?<br />
