Outlook Forms

I've created a Outlook Form (.OFT file) in Outlook i.e. Tools>Forms>Design.  The form is done and is working great, however I'd like to add a few things to it.  One of the additions to this is a calendar dialog.  For example in one of my fields on the form there is a field reserved for typing notes in it.  I'd like to be able to Date Time Stamp this field or click on a drop-down arrow and a calendar appear, then you could scroll through the months and then click the day of the month and it would populate that in that field.  I'm not using Visual Basic, this is all being done through Outlook.  I'm not a guru in VB and if someone could walk me through setting this feature up, I'd gladly reward them with max points.  In your response if you could outline the steps in step-by-step format I would comprehend this much better.
