How do I change the default folder Explorer start-up expands the directory tree to..... ???

How do you change the default folder on Explorer start-up.

I go to start and right mouse, select Explore... and Explorer opens and expands the directory tree to:
C:\Documents and Settings\john.doe\Start Menu

How do you change that to only expand "My Computer" to show all my drives that are available?

Thanks, Bill

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Create a shortcut pointing to: C:\WINNT\explorer.exe /root, C:\
Sorry, my suggestion works only if you want to see C: drive.
But, as suggested here, you could use C:\WINNT\explorer.exe /e
