OUTLOOK 2003 Printing Issue

I am having issues printing emails from Outlook 2003 (HTML format)

I get the error message 'Function Address 0x4f4be743 caused a protection fault' and sometimes it locks up the PC or at least Outlook.

The client is Windows 2000 Professional SP4, Outllok 2003, IE 6 SP1 with all Windows updates. Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003.

No other clients appear to have this issue. I have re-installed Outlook 2003, Internet Explorer and Office 2003.

Thanks in anticipation of any help.

    Hi twister68,

Can other programs print fine in that printer ?

can you print a website using that IE ?

try to clear temporary files , cookies and see if that would help

can you print non-html emails from outlook

Try to run this general IE fix

log off, log back on and check how it goes
