Recently done a site, uploaded to a webserver so the customer could check it out for approval. All the (')'s change to small capital H's ? What could be doing this. It looks fine in dreamweaver, and when i preview it from my local drive, but when I upload it, it changes??

I was using Fetch on mac os x to upload the files. Just tried a differnt ftp client and the webpage now looks fine.
Would still like to know why it changes using Fetch. First one to explain gets the points

Thanks for clearing that up, I was wondering you might give it to the second one.

I suspect your page header is involved. Is your server not MS?

    Try this:
In Dreamweaver, load your page and open the page properties dialog (Ctrl + J). Check the encoding, you probably are using Western European (iso-8859-1), change it to UNICODE (UTF-8) and upload again.

Let me know if this helped.

    Best regards,
