blank space on reply and forward

Using Outlook and Exchange 2003.  One user gets a large blank space in the reply or forward message so that the original is off the screen.

Hi wburke, take a look in Tools, Options, preferences tab
At the bottom of the email tab, check which selections you have made for "on replies and forwards..."
Experiment with different options
