TransferText Error

Have been using this command for several years and now all of a sudden it has stopped working.  It does not matter which spec I am using it just error out.

Here is the code:
DoCmd.TransferText acExportFixed, "Quicken Export Specification", "tblQuicken", FPath + "A.QIF"

Cannot update. Database or object is read only.

I have recreated as a Macro and still get the same error?

Any help would be appreciated.  I use this in about 12 different exports...

Have you tried compacting and repairing the DB? It could be corrupt?
