copy the contents of the sent items folder to a different one or make a backup <br />

then go to tools &gt;&nbsp;options &gt;&nbsp;maintainence &gt;&nbsp;storefolder and note the path<br />
close OE<br />
navigate to that path<br />
rename sent items.dbx as sent items_old.dbx<br />
now open OE and see if function would work
