Dear All,
 I would like to develop a page that has one part is steady and the other is automatically refreshed. Is it possible?

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

use frames or an iframe for the part that needs to be refreshed.

In the source page for the frame use the following meta tag ->
<META http-equiv="refresh" content="30">
