RIS Server to Build Servers

Is RIS able to support windows 2000 Server builds?
A freiend has to build 43 servers {all duplicates} for remote sites.  Unmanned use just processing jobs.

I was sure that RIS supported 2000 Server but when he  tried to use RIPREP.exe on the server it stated that he could only use this for Windows 2000 Professional.
Is he using an old version?  Does the 2003 Server support 2000 Server builds?

Or am I just crazy and it's not possible??

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes it is possible. No I've not done it but I distinctly remember the chapter in Mark Minasi's Mastering Windows 2000 Server that says you can. Hopefully this will prove a help,
