NSLOOKUP replies intermittently

If I do an NSLOOKUP from my workstation to www.yahoo.com, I receive a reply sometimes and a timeout the others.  Yahoo is the only address it is doing this to.  I run successfully on cnn.com, msn.com, etc without timing out.  To make it weirder, I run an nslookup to yahoo.com (without the www) & it goes through....every time.  This occurs on the server as well.

DNS is running on 2003 server.  DHCP is handing out primary & secondary DNS addresses.  The primary DNS is the DC, the secondary is the ISP.  I have flushed the dns as well as scavanged stale records on the server plus I flushed the dns cache on my workstation.  Any ideas?
