HP 2510 AiO (All in One): after installation the PC constantly initiates Windows installer to act as if it's re-installing the printer.

Is there an "auto-run" feature in registry to disable?  We're uninstalling and re-installing printer to see if we simply have a damaged driver set, but I'm curious what other possibilities exist.

I had the same problem with a different HP all in one; it was the HP update software trying to run.  Had to remove it from the startup tab and manually get the updates.  Let me know if this is your issue, and I'll find my documentation on it.

I believe your printer, like mine, included imaging software and had issues on the udpates as well with similar problems to yours and a Critical update was needed.
