Geolocation Database Providers

I'm looking to add geolocation information to my web site and I'm looking around for providers of geolocation databases.  I've found several but I would like to know if anyone knows of any high quality databases available that I have not found already.  I'll list what I know about below.

http://www.ip2location.com - this is my top pick, nice site, well organized, decent pricing

http://www.quova.com - nice site, priced based on what you're going to do with the data (bleh!)

http://www.netgeo.com - nice site, no pricing information on their site, they want you to contact a sales person which translates to expensive.

http://www.maxmind.com - looks nice, files available in cvs format (good), no online test form and I'd rather pay one time for updates through the year.

https://www.geobytes.com - looks nice, but the license has ridiculous costs based on traffic.

http://www.foundu.com - Their sample of my own location (on their homepage) was grossly inaccurate and I'm using an IP on Cox Cable's network in the US.

http://www.analysespider.com/ip2country/index.html - looks decent, I'm not sure what their quality level is.

http://www.cyscape.com/products/country/intro.asp - Only works with Windows platforms, I'm looking for a raw database that I can integrate into MySQL.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Akamai have an API that you plug into your application, I'm not sure what they charge but it's said to be top quality stuff!

Here some info plus the ability to send them an online SMS so that they send you the info you require.
Good luck
