Connection a MAC OS 10.3 workstation with windows active directory 2003 + exchange 2003

I have a site running windows 2003 + AD + exchange 2003 in domain.
I need to install a Mac Workstation with OS 10.3.
But this machine should share some files with server and also Microsoft Outlook with exchange 2003
??How to??

Hi microcomp2go,
Well, good that you are using Panther (10.3). Just make sure the user logs in at start-up and has a user account on the domain. The Mac will not be part of the domain per se but it will in effect be able to use all the resources. As for Outlook, well you want Office for Mac, the Outlook equivalent is Microsoft Entourage. You don't need AppleTalk, the Mac OS X environment can uses TCP/IP and SMB shares just fine.
