FTP "Access Denied" error

When I try to FTP a file from a Unix box to a Windows 200 box, I get an Access Denied error. I tried to FTP this file to another Unix box, and it transferred fine. Any ideas why?

Check if your Windows box has FTP server installed, and also check your  firewall
settings if you have one, make sure that  port 21 is open (for both inbond and outbond).

We decided to send it directly from one Unix box to another, bypassing the windows system. Thanks for the info!
