"browse" button

I would like to create a button whose function is almost similar to the "Browse", "Have disk" buttons in window.

In case you are not sure of what am I asking of, I have an application that I need the user to enter full path to locate the document. So instead of user having to type in, I thought it will be nice to give her a "Browse" button to go through the directories, find the file that she want, select, and this full path be captured in the textbox.

Can someone point me to how can I achieve this? Thanks!
