printing in terminal services

Hey all.  I am trying to get a printer working in terminal services that is located at another office.  Its a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2300DL.  If i VPN into the terminal from home and then map the printer through using the TCP/IP port it sends the pages and seems ot work fine.  However i have done exactly the same procedure on the terminal server and if i am terminalled into it the printer fails to print a test page.  What is going wrong.  Its Windows 2000 Terminal that i am using.  I just cant get it to print a test page.  Have tried unistalling and reinstalling the printer several times.

Thanks for any replies
