printing in terminal services

Hey all.  I am trying to get a printer working in terminal services that is located at another office.  Its a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2300DL.  If i VPN into the terminal from home and then map the printer through using the TCP/IP port it sends the pages and seems ot work fine.  However i have done exactly the same procedure on the terminal server and if i am terminalled into it the printer fails to print a test page.  What is going wrong.  Its Windows 2000 Terminal that i am using.  I just cant get it to print a test page.  Have tried unistalling and reinstalling the printer several times.

Thanks for any replies

How to Change Printing Preferences on Print Server for All Connected Users—Q305402
With Windows 2000 Server, you can have separate printer properties for the local computer and client computers. This article describes where to set these properties for all connecting clients and how to set properties local to the server.
Good luck, hope this helps you some.  Asta
