We have exch2k3sp1 and win2k3 as our gateway server.  I have checked gateway server is not listed in any blacklists.

We have changed company name on all primary email addresses, this is when it started happening.  If I switch back it goes to hotmails inbox folder.

Please help!

Sounds like your domain name is in their blacklist--MSN/Hotmail runs their own I believe. You should contact hotmail abuse and notify them of the issue.

I looked for a specific page to do this on, but can't find it. I would therefore recommend using their abuse email which is and asking them what the issue is.

Another possibility is that they are doing a reverse lookup on your mail server and that their criteria is not simply that the forward and reverse for the server match, but that the reverse matches the domain name in the email. This is not standard practice and should not be done this way. I have seen it,  however, so it is a remote possibility.

I understand that reverse lookup has something to do with it.

I have a case open with Microsoft now about this, it is intermittent issue,

most of the time now messages started to go to hotmail inbox, but then I tried sending from another machine and it went to Bulk folder then tried again and it went to Inbox, very unstable and confused.

Also very very slow emails are being transmitted to email accounts, very slow.  Although I did nslookup on mx records for yahoo from our gateway it resolves very fast without any interruptions.
