inserting and retrieving images of any type in sql server 2000 using VB .NET

Hello There
                  I want to insert images and then retrieve them also using vb .net dataset or if u suggest any thing else, but dataset will be my preference.
i need the answere as quick as possible. Keep in mind the rdbms is SQL SERVER 2000
