Need VPN tunnel between cisco 1721 IOS 12.2 and 2621 IOS 12.3

I need to create a tunnel from a remote 1721 that will be sending netbios traffic to a 2621.  Both routers are currently using NAT and are used for internet connectivity - in reading IPSEC, NAT, and the internet do not play nice- What do you guys think is the best solution?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I cannot find the crypto command on one of my routers running IOS 12.3(5b). Any thoughts?

Also I am not sure which router from the above config should be the remote. I have approx 15 PC's on my main router that need internet access, will the above config hinder my NAT pool? Cant tell.

Do you have the IPSEC feature set? If you post result of 'show ver' I can tell you...
