How to read titles of sheets in Excel file?

   I have Excel ".mht" (Excel Template file). I need to retrieve names of sheets in that file. I would appreciate any advice.

       Thanks for your advise. Link is very helpful. But I am working agains MS Office 11 and as far as I can see: Application object does not have function GetWorkbooks(). It only has function Workbooks(VARIANT vtParam) which takes parameter , but I have no idea what to pass into function. Any suggestions?
        File with interface descriptions which is generated for MS Office 11 is called xl5en32.h
