How to install an rpm via ssh

I have ssh and root access to my server (which is in a data center 100's of miles away).

I created a folder called data and ftp'd my package, which happens to be tightvnc-server-1.2.9-1.i386.rpm to that data folder.

I establish an SSH session and drill to the data folder and see the .rpm

How do I install it? What are the commands?

THanks
drs
