I want to know what the name for the GUI component on the left side of this website is called.  It is also present when you look at a folder in windows.  I want to know 1) what is the name of it? and 2) where can I buy this component or (even better) is there an open source version or something.

The componnet on the left bar of the website is this one :

    it is called C1WebTopicBar

Sadly the source code is not for sale.

infragistics has a control that functions the same way and if you buy the EE license you will get the source code too it.
