Hi,
Did you have something in the wwwroot folder before it is deleted?
How was the folder deleted?

hh,
Is this safe to do on this on an Exchange Server. If I uninstall IIS wouldn't OWA and all it's subfolder be removed?
As per your question, yes. I created a website called Intranet within IIS, then created a DNS host record for the Intranet; then configured Frontpage to save all the html files to my IIS Server which is my Exchange Server.
To answer your question, once I deleted the website I created, it removed the wwwroot folder from the IIS Serever. Hope this makes sense!

Hi,
If Exchange Server is working fine, forget about wwwroot and create a folder for your webs.
I think you deleted wwwroot by mistake when you deleted your web.
If Exchange Server is not working fine, and You can't create new webs using Frontpage, then you will have to reinstall iis and exchange server.
I'll dig into this problem and come back to you.
