calling PIX old timers :)

Do any of you guys/gals recognise this?

if so what model is it - and what spec is it liable to be?

This is the PIX Firewall 1000. Check for it, I think it can run PIX OS up until 5.2 or maybe even 6.0. They don't make 'm like this anymore, hehehe..

Picture is too small to read anything, but yeah, it looks like the old 10000 (ten-thousand) or the PIX "classic" pre-510 model

If I but this thing am I going to need to re-learn a whole lump of conduit permit stuff? - mind you v5.2 is not that old?

access-lists work with 5.2 - you don't have to use conduits.

Got it confirmed, the PIX10000 and the PIX classic can run v6.0(1). Any higher doesn't work.
