Keep Getting Event ID 4321 and 8009 Have duplicate netbios name and cant change it

Hello

I keep getting 4321 from NetBI and 8009 Browser. I brought back a server that went down but reloaded Win2k3. This server still has the old Netbois name even though Ive unjoined it from the domain and rejoined it, renamed it and flushed DNS. Is there something in DNS that I have to do?

if u are using dns in urs server.
then as we do in asp by bypassing the obdc layer
and using ole db component
as it may remove the problem
as u have rename the dns domain name
please refresh the database destination path and other option . as along with by passing obbc layer to ole bd layer speed up the process without any security flow
