Messenger API View Profile

I'm trying to make a reverse lookup using the Messenger API, where you type in a passport email address and its domain, and it will look up this address using the Messenger API and open the passport profile.  To do this I have two text boxes:
and I have a Button, on the click function of this button, I have this code:
Messenger.IMessengerApp.ViewProfile(txtAlias.Text & "@" & txtDomain.Text)

It tells me though that viewprofile is not a function of 'Messenger.IMessengerApp', but in object browser it says it is.
What am I doing wrong, or is there another way to do this?

    Hi Liam2k3,

IMessenger is not a class but an interface - you can not call methods direct from interface
check in which class this method is declared and use it instead of IMessengerApp
