DoCmd.SendObject acFormatXLS dose not send all text contents?

Hi,
I am trying to send current form in exel format, but one field type in the form is memo which has a lot of data. When i click send, only half data of this field was sent away. How do i solve this problem? I would like to send all of the data in this feld.

Thanks a lot!

Alison,
Unfortunately, excel only allows 256 characters in any given cell. You will not be able to receive more than this in a cell. You could, however, send it to a text file, then copy and paste it as a text box into excel . . .

Food for thought.
