Got a client who's on 5.11 They're finding that resource reservations are not being kept on the local notes server. Entries can be added either by the calendar or the resource reservations DB, and neither seem to stay. Except those added via the Calendar are kept in the users calendar but not in the Resources DB. It seems to be an intermittant problem. Meetings are Ok only room bookings are a problem.
The IT guy there said that one of the occurrences was due to the user deleting the thumbs up. What the heck is that?
I searched the knowledgebase and found:
But I couldn't see anything relevant there as he says they're getting no errors.
What troubleshooting can I get him to do to narrow down the problem?
