The first account will not send E-mail just receve it.  I created another profile and need to move the inbox,  sent items and outbos to the new profile that works.  If I move the whole Personal.pst file I end up with the same problem,  the account will receive but not send.  I ran scanpst.exe and that did not fix anything.  Thanks.  I just want to move certain folders to the new profile.

    Accepted Solution

Ctrl-A will select ALL. Then you can just drag them

Alternatively, you can create a "RULE" (say where the subject is <> "" i.e. not blank then move to XYZ location).
Then push the RUN NOW button to process your entire INBOX.

    Assisted Solution

also just open the new PST file, choose FILE->IMPORT & EXPORT->IMPORT FROM ANOTHER PROGRAM OR FILE->PST FILE and point to the old PST file.  You will get an option to either select the folders to import or import all folders.  Just choose the inbox only and the messages will import into the new profile's PST inbox.
