Identify App Opening Port

Recently ran NeWT (Windows Nessus) on my machines and found some open ports that maybe shouldn't be.

How can I determine what app is opening the port?

hmm try fport from foundstone..

i think there was a similar app at sysinternals.com aswell which isnt as good as this one but well you can check it out aswell
