DCDIAG Tool - Getting the following ERROR

When running DCDIAG.exe I am getting the following error:

The procedure entry point DsIsMangledDnW could not be located in the dynamic library NTDSAPI.dll

Any ideas?

    Hello Cbarone,

    Please make sure you are running the latest Winodows 2000 support tools. Please make sure you are running WIndows 2000 SP4 (available for download at: )

    Once you are upto SP4, download and install the latest support tools for Windows 2000 from: and try again.

    Both are installed, SP4 and the latest support tools. What does this error mean?
