MS Flexgrid in Access 2003

When i am trying to place MS flexgrid v6 on the form i am getting a error msg that there is no licence to use activex control. But i purchased full version. can any one help me in this ??

    The MS flexgrid v6 is not part of Access but VB
    Why do you need it for Access?

    customer wants in access 2003 and when i try to place it says
    you don't have the license required to use this activex control
